Who can apply
Open to students in Classes VIII–XII enrolled in schools recognised by State/UT Boards, CBSE, KVS, NVS, NIOS, and other eligible school systems across India.

Builds a portfolio of authentic, locally grounded water research, storytelling, documentation, or practical solution ideas, with recognition for shortlisted students.
What you will need
- Submit an entry in one of the four competition categories: My Drinking Water Story; Water Wisdom of My Village; Young Water Innovator: Finding an AQUA Solution; or My Local Water Body and Its Life.
- Entries should document a drinking-water story, traditional water knowledge, a practical water solution, or a local water body, depending on the selected category.
- Entries must meet the stated drinking-water focus requirements for the selected category.
